St Christopher's, Hammersmith. The staff are welcoming and cheerful; the hostel facilities are well managed and clean. I was checked in by Anita, who was efficient and kind. My two week stay was comfortable and pleasant.

(I was, at least, acknowledged by the company which is more than most Hotels have even done. Look forward to seeing a genuine difference my next stay) Clean, well presented, and cleverly put together! Could have done better with the customer service. Told them I had a major back injury and they put me 5 floors up, on a top bunk (highest of three bunk bed) and that was after telling me he thinks he booked me into a bottom bunk on the 1st floor....not cool. Breakfast that is £4 (unless you book directly through there site, then it's free) was basically stale bread, fruit that tastes like it's been refrigerated and kept as long as possible, stale cereal and luke warm drinks...wasn't impressed at all!

Told them I had a major back injury and they put me 5 floors up, on a top bunk (highest of three bunk bed) and that was after telling me he thinks he booked me into a bottom bunk on the 1st floor....not cool. Breakfast that is £4 (unless you book directly through there site, then it's free) was basically stale bread, fruit that tastes like it's been refrigerated and kept as long as as possible, stale cereal and like warm drinks...wasn't impressed at all!

breakfast is okay, very basic, and if the right person is on the front desk they're make sure that the food that comes out is pretty fresh. Really nice experience overall ☺️
